Bob Vokey is de man die deze immens populaire wedges van Titleist heeft ontwikkeld. Het nieuwste model en de opvolger van de SM8 is deze gloednieuwe SM9.
Nieuw in de SM9 is de aanpassing van het zwaartepunt in het clubblad. Om een goede controle te hebben over je balvlucht heeft Bob Vokey de progressive CG doorgevoerd en doorontwikkeld voor de SM9 wedges. Progressive CG betekent dat de wedges met een lagere loft een lager zwaartepunt hebben. Hoe meer loft de wedge heeft, des te hoger ligt ook het zwaartepunt in het clubblad. Dit zorgt er voor wwn veel constantere balvluchten, ook tussen de wedges onderling.
Door de, met grootste precisie, gefreesde groeven op het clubblad kun je de bal ook nog eens super goed controleren en eenvoudig spin genereren.
Verkrijgbaar in verschillende grinds:
● S-Grind: Deze grind is het meest veelzijdig en het meest geschikt voor de gemiddelde golfer.
● F-Grind: Deze Full Grind is de meest gebruikte op de tour en is een wedge waarbij het clubblad niet open of dicht wordt gezet.
● M-Grind: De M-Grind biedt de mogelijkheid om het clubblad open of dicht te zetten om bepaalde slagen (lbijvoorbeeld lob-shots) uit te voeren (rondom de green)

F GRIND
